Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Gaurav Singh (gauravsinghigc), we offer professional IT services, digital marketing, software development, and mobile app development. As these are digital services and not physical goods, the term "shipping" refers to the electronic delivery or deployment of solutions, assets, or credentials related to your project.
1. Service Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and type of service requested. An estimated timeline will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of proposal or contract initiation. Any delays due to unforeseen technical issues or third-party dependencies will be communicated promptly.
2. Mode of Delivery
All deliverables are provided electronically. Common methods include:
- Email (for credentials, documents, reports, etc.)
- Cloud storage link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Direct access to web servers or platforms
- Version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
3. Phased or Milestone-Based Delivery
For projects such as CRM systems, custom software, or mobile apps, delivery may occur in phases or milestones. Each milestone will be shared for review and approval before proceeding to the next stage. Final deployment occurs after user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off.
4. Testing and Acceptance
All digital deliverables go through internal testing before delivery. Clients are expected to review and test the output within 3–7 business days after delivery and report any issues or feedback. If no response is received within this period, the project or milestone will be considered accepted.
5. Communication Channels
Communication and delivery status updates are shared via:
- WhatsApp or other instant messaging (as agreed)
- Client dashboard or CRM, if available
6. Revisions and Redelivery
Minor revisions after delivery are allowed as per the agreed terms. Excessive changes or revisions beyond the original scope may incur additional charges and revised timelines.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to client-side issues (like delayed approvals, feedback, or content) or unforeseen technical challenges. In such cases, revised delivery timelines will be shared in writing.
8. Non-Tangible Delivery Confirmation
Since our services involve intangible products, once the final version is delivered and confirmed, it will be considered as "shipped and delivered." There will be no physical shipment or tracking number.
9. Delivery Disputes
Any issues or disputes regarding delivery must be raised within 7 days of receiving the service. You may contact our support team with proof of incomplete or incorrect delivery for prompt resolution.
